Watching Mike Henry's video the other day, his Board must be prssing him to do something about the stagant and drifting share price where shareholder value is declining in absolute as well as real terms...

Merging with Rio or AA doesn't solve the problem...

Otherwise the SP will be at a 4 year low...only 4% to go...

Let's face it...hes now got £361k of shares standing at a thumping loss...and keeps buying more...so hes either a world class fool or he knows something we dont...

Medi..."the rest" is some 85 projects, including Porvenir, Rio Amarillo, Bramaderos and the rest...as someone who should know said "there could be other Alpalas out there..."

But we have no funds to drill them and...assuming a major MINER buys Cascabel, they won't want to be bothered with a portfolio of unexplored prospects to get rid of or let the licences lapse...

The majors have got lazy and prefer to let Juniors take the risk then buy up the juicy projects...

Thats why some time before 'the first sud is cut" a major will gobble up Cascabel or matbe SOLG as a whole but if the latter I would expect somebody like Gina to buy it and invest in discovering/developing the rest...

And meanwhile I ask all to reflect on these facts:

* ALL of the motions at the AGM were passed

* All the Directors got a massive majority for re-election except Nick, but even he got better support than before with probably only a couple of significant shareholders voting against.

* There has been no meanigful selling for almost a year since the Tracker Fundf unloaded...and all those shares were snapped up...

* As far as we know there are at least TEN seriously interested parties in the Dataroom, which also means they have signed a NDA

*FNV/Osisko committed to a further $750 million in a market where debt funding is very hard to come by and they did so after MONTHS of Due Diligence

* None of the significant players have sold a single share as far as we know, despite in some cases being almost 40p down on their earlier investment

* And NONE of the Sangha/Scott/CGP mob have sold a single share. That doesn't mean they minght not be prepared to sell a chunk at say 30p, even though it would seriously undervalue the KNOWN resource

* And I remain confident of one thing: that a low ball bid will provoke a bidding war and it would take a 'knockout' bid of over £1 to blow away the competition

* However, based on something I'm hearing elswhere (no not a rumour) together with something Scott said, I don't think we can rule out a sale of Cascabel, raising the funds to pay a Special Dividend and to recommence a significant regional drilling programme. I would expect the SP to rise significantly, even after netting the dividend...

First addickt...I will never filter you. We may not always agree but CONSTRUCTIVE debate and OBJECTIVE posts, either acknoledging they are an opinion or backed up by facts are what this Board should be about.

I quite understand people, especially longer term holders, feeling frustrated when nothing happens and the SP continues to drift away, but we are responsible for our own decisions and how we manage our positions.

While my average is 8.25 and my wife's 10.25, we feel just as much frustration, booting up LSE every morning at 7.00am hoping to see the blockbuster RNS...

If all the very angry destructive people on here were able to reflect and realise that Scott, Solgold and the rest are actually not to blame for the underperformance of theur shares, this Board would be quieter, more positive and more constructive.

So what I mean is this: I was a Private Client Stockbroker and the one thing I always said was: take responsibility for your own investment decisions; review your investments regularly and make a conscious decision whether to buy more, stick or sell.

Sitting watching the SP slide away is dismal...I know...I've been there. But sometimes you have to be prepared to cut your position, in order to avoid further losses or at the very least hoping to be able to buy back cheaper.

And finally, when they asked me "should I sell XYZ?" I would always answer "only if you expect the investment or cash that you will reinvest in to perform better or less bad than XYZ..."

So sometimes I simply reinvest in short term Gilts (i.e. 2025 or early 2026) to get a guaranteed return better than a bank.

Maybe S/O is about to bid for all our Greenland mineral assets (Kobold anyone...) or Kobold to buy out Disko, generating the funds to develop our new hydrogen/helium business

Otherwise the purchase of Hydrogen Valley seems to make even less sense...

However...the Placing closed after hours so either there are investors who thinks its Christmas or they can see what we can't see...

They've either completely lost the plot or they're anticipating significant funds generated from elsewhere to fund this...

Why buy a totally unrelated business 2,000 miles from Greenland, stretching management and in Utaly of all places...

And look at the massive caveats about raising the funds and 12 million Euros if mortgages...

This could be the last straw for me...
