Only £185k traded so far and as JW pointed out, there is a problem with liquidity...this suggests to me that there are few sellers and most shares are tightly held...

As I said, I couldn't even by EMS (50k) at the price 2 days ago and had to pay up 0.2p over the Offer to get 165k in one bargain...

I still expect a PDMR holding RNS imminently and the MMs surely have to try and hold the price down until those orders are filled....then watch it go...

So if you've lost a lot of money Reality, why aren't you furious at yourself...these guys are absolutely right for the next stage of AFC...it will be intersting to see if Peel Hunt maintain their 125p rating...

So OK a lot of you may be well under water on the SP, but I am absolutely stunned at the negativity.

Yes its awkward when people read from a script but they have only been in post for 4 weeks and I was impressed with their grasp of the business and their body language was congruent with the conviction.

I know we've had serial disappointment with AFC but as he correctly pointed out and I posted a couple of days ago, the SP is totally correlated with ITM and CWR...and CWR should have been light years ahead of us by now.

I originally invested in all three and then sold out but I am delighted to be back in withover 300k in total at c 9.75 average.

Peel Hunt made clear previously that the Hyamtec technology alone was worth c50p...

"The technology works..." he said.

They have come in and grasped the nettle straight away. After years of wandering around aimlessly, he has cleared the decks and is totally focused on Revenue generation while the IPO is secured in the background..

"driving revenues from first adopters..."

There is no point in giving numbers now with the Results only a month away when they will be able to give a more detailed commentary and forecast.

The guys seem totally honest. They can both do much more than their core role; Bostock for example will be driving operational and management efficiency.

They have chosen to come here when they must have had plenty of opportunities elsewhere and they work as a team.

So please lets leave the Bond days and negativity behind. he has recognised the need for timely and more effective communication and wants to build with retail investors.

I expect to make serious money out of AFC. GLA

How do you know they don't have any targets...whether re salary/bonus or options that would be incredibly hard to believe...

AFC is no sinecure after Wilson's success so far...

They left jobs where they had been hugely successful...how do you attract such people without options...

At least they are 'out of the money'...

The options are part of their total remuneration package and incentivise them far more to get the SP up than base salary...

He has bought an initial 10,000 shares in Volex on 16 January, so I expect him to buy shares here...

When Wilson switched from Exec Chairman to CEO of Bulgin their Revenues doubled in 2 years and he engineered a massive increase in R&D

The VOLEX Sp has held up at 280p since he joined the Board and...

And Insig, where he joined as Chair only 9 months ago, have quadrupled their pipeline in the last six weeks to 1600% of the Revenue achieved in the previous six months trading.

We need to give him a chance. After much reflection I chose AFC at 10.25 instead of CWR or ITM, largely because of the arrival of John Wilson.

If he even doubles my money I won't begrudge him a penny, but he's unlikely to be selling any of his shares before 2027 except for tax reasons...

Whether or not you think the Company has been badly run, you cannot lay that at the feet of a CEO and GFD who have only been in post for 4 weeks...

Furthermore, the options are part if a total remuneration package determined by the Board and in which the CEO has no say; indeed he will have been excluded from the discussion.

The options don't vest immediately, being spread over 4 years.

Now...its easy to be frustrated by the SP performance and there have been unfulfilled expectations in the past, but AFC is now at the point where Sales and Business Development are paramount...and this is Wilson's forte.

He has an impressive track record for a CEO still under 50.

But we need to realise that AIM and Small Cap share performance in UK markets has been appalling across the Board. This...and meaningful investment in Green projects, is something Reeves must address. It seems that Starmer wants UK to be among world leaders in AI and Greentech,

CWR is down 91% from its high...and they have generated more Revenue than AFC; ITM down 95%...AFC down 90%

AIM has been a dogs breakfast for years...most institutions cannot invest, but CWR is on the main market.

All three have Brokers forecasts well above the current SP:

CWR 650 vs 148

ITM 200 vs 34

AFC 125 vs 9

And in truth, the accusations levelled at AFC mgt could probably be aimed at hundreds of other small companies
