They left jobs where they had been hugely successful...how do you attract such people without options...
At least they are 'out of the money'...
The options are part of their total remuneration package and incentivise them far more to get the SP up than base salary...
He has bought an initial 10,000 shares in Volex on 16 January, so I expect him to buy shares here...
Meanwhile Karl Bostock gets a glowing reference on linkedin:
"“I had the great privilege of working with Karl for a number of years at Paragon Print and Packaging, then more recently Coveris UKFC and consider him to be a very professional, driven individual committed to delivering the Business agenda. Karl provides an inspirational and cooperative teamwork style of management that is an endorsement to his proficiency. Whilst a highly effective leader at a senior level, his understanding of people and ability to interact at all levels ensures total and unconditional commitment to him on getting the job done.
An inspired problem solver with a growth mindset focussed on executing strategy, Karl is a great asset to any business seeking to on-board an executive leader in order to improve performance and profitability."
"Karl has always impressed me with his commercial focus, ability to get things done, dedication, drive and leadership (always managed to get the best from his team, empowering them). "
