So even if you hold a million, I have to question your sanity in constant negative comments and trying to persuade fellow long standing investors that they will have to settle for 30p or less.

The truth is, you actually know nothing about what you are posting a lot of the time.

If you check back you will find the VAST majority of my posts are:

POSITIVE and encouraging

Informative

Fact based, including company and other authoritative sources; articles and research (including my own which sometimes takes hours to validate just one post); quantitative and qualitative analysis (including my own, such as detailed calculations of asset values or possible takeover value).

Finally, I will continue to call out unsubstantiated and unvalidated negative opinion by quoting facts and details.

Or asking the poster to substantiate their negative opinion...which often they don't or can't do...

I haven't filtered you because you are doing steady damage to objective and positive opinion on this Board and somebody has to stand up to you.

If everybody was like you there would be an avalanche of sales and the SP would probably be at 1/2p in to time, with prospective bidders rubbing their hands with glee

The company had to settle because Darryl had a contract.

So they had to settle the total value of his emoluments for his notice period (maybe up to a year)

Plus arbitration would have to assess and agree a settlement value for the 10 million options which would have had to be surrendered or exercised on termination.

You see the thing is, you throw out speculative or provocative statements that do nothing to enhance the prospects for the share price.

All I do is quote facts from company statements and research together with my breadth of relevant corporate experience.
