Copper fell 21% in 2 days to last night...

When it hit bottom this am, ATYM was down 43% in 11 months and 28% in 11 days!!!

Crazy. I was lucky to get 12,000 at c285p average...

Was that a Bed & ISA at 9.36/7 this am or did somebody panic and dump £40k...?

If the bid comes, it mat be less than we hoped, but all boats rise and fall with the tide, so be prepared with your choices for reinvestment...

E'g. I bought ATYM this am at 283p...its a pure Europe based copper play...11 months ago it was 486p; 12 days ago 381.

Not ramping...just one of many examples:

BHP down 34% in 6 months

RIO down 31% in 11 months

ANTO down 47% in 11 months...

This will bounce hard when markets stabilise...in the last few days people have dumoed anything in blind panic...

I can't believe some of the value out there...£102m cash...MCap £89m...go figure!

With Junior Miners being savaged we can't rule out an opportunistic cash bid and there are plenty of contenders...

Jiangxi obviously because its the Chinese State and they spend at will on strategic buys...

BHP had $9.56 billion cash at the half year and their Gearing Ratio is only 19%

RIO had $8.7 billion in cash at 31 December and a Gearing ratio of 9%

But this is becoming more a gold play with the price so resilient...$112bn of copper in the ground; $95bn of gold...

So Barrick for example...$4.07bn cash at 31 Dec

Fortescue $3.4bn...

Etc

This has to be good news…we import £5.8billion of “mechanical power generators” a year from US.

19% more expensive and anti US sentiment across Europe may help the change to hydrogen powered generators…?

And will somebody on here tell me whats wrong with positive postings.

SOLG has $230 BILLION of metal in the ground...JUST Cascabel...

The current SP is valuing SOLG in total at one one thousandth of that.

Why would anyone with patience need to sell?

And why wouldn't somebody with cash be tempted to buy?

And only a blind man would believe that saying Solgold would be sold for 15 or 20p isn't something you are consciously trying to make people believe.

Of course its not a recommendation but how do you think a weak holder or somebody who thinks you state facts would take it?

I expect whoever wrote the slide had in mind that Dan's task (together with the Chairman) is to create meaningful shareholder value by monetising the asset.
