The price won’t go up until people stop selling, stop moaning, look themselves in the mirror and accept THEY are the reason they are losing so much. Poor investment decisions and benign neglect…

I say again…every day you must make a decision…do I sell, stick or buy more. Every day you decide to stick is equivalent to deciding to buy.

This is the wrist, most irrelevant Board on LSE and too many people with only themselves to blame are creating gloom that either will dissuade newbies or cause weaker holders to sell

If you look at the slide below, it takes up to 20 years to build a mine from discovery to pour…were still ahead of that and the imminent plan will show it can happen PDQ.

First of all, I understand the frustration that many of you feel on here...I've been here as long as most and we have one of the biggest holdings on here...

And there are a few who have credibility because they know something about what they are talking about.

But for many of then rest you seem to feel that management is a 'free hit' often with unsubstantiated criticism...

So just pause for a moment...

BHP has legions of specialists, atop top Board and a top top group of Executives to consult and delegate to.

The management team here is tiny for a portfolio this complex...

One of the best Tier 1 copper/fgold prospects on the planet with a prospective Capital Cost of $4 billion

An open pit start; a shat into the core and one of the biggest block cave mines to plan for

89 separate projects, several of which could be another Alpala...managing a prospective IPO with the prospectus requirements etc

$600 million of gold stream funding and a prospective $900 million copper stream

Mainly funded by a $42 billion company, FNV...

Running on tight cash constraints, both for Cascabel and for the company in general

Preparing a DFS at the same time as progressing several licences

With more than 10 majors in the data room and...

The Chinese State with all their muscle crawling all over you trying to buy the Newmont stake and trying to get SOLG on the cheap...

And all the regulatory/reporting/governance requirements of a quoted PLC

The constant roadshows and briefings for institutional investors

Now even those who have had senior management responsibility on here...have you been a Chairman or CEO or even GFD of a quoted plc (I've IPOed a plc as GFD...)...

How would you juggle all of these balls and still have more than a moment to satisfy small investors like us...

And yet both Vujcic and Smith find that time...

While some on here pillory them for lack of relevant experience...

For me they're doing a far better job than Nick and Twigger; infinitely better than the incompetent Cuzubbo; and much better than Scott and Sangha...

So give them a break...please...be patient....one way or other value will out here.
