I know it's folly and a bit of a guessing game but I'll stick my neck out and say I think Valuation for Leap currently sits around 20 to 35 Million.

Using the X 6.1 hinted by management an IPO could see our 44 to 47% worth in the region of 100 Million or their about?

With news like that I think the next few months will fall in our favour.

yeah I've done that before with other stock. I'll send them a message. Its how I got HL to change the FFWD company Bio from an "mining stock" to what it is now. despite being rather expensive they're rather poor with the detail.

Hats thw danger with skimming through RNS. People make snap decisions based on what they thought they read and also start misinforming others. (Im not having a go at you by the way) .

I'm not going to comment on what the RNS means as I'm still going over it and trying to figure out where it puts us. As far as posts go though. I'm with Fluid3d.

I was told back in January after certain members started worrying about the large sells that there was a placing coming and I was given reassurance that a raise or placing would NOT take place.

Todays news although half expected due to lack of funds took me by surprise as I was hoping for something much different as were a lot of us no doubt.

However. I've seen it as an opportunity and put a further grand in.

I'm sorry it wasnt what we all expected but I still think theyre building something we'll be happy with.

It's in the ball park of what's needed to list a company on an exchange. Just a thought. I've no real insight.

I think the evidence is the assets like Leap starting to really change shape and look very much more grown up. It’s been a long road with Leap but it’s really becoming something with real optionality and value in my view.

Leap, Emmac and Juvenescence are top of their game. Portage doing well and I’m hoping to see some handsome uplift on this too. We’ve all been patient but it feels to me like we are in a the best position we’ve been in for a few years. Post Covid I think we actually have a lot of opportunity.

I think where AIM used to have leveraged shareholders you would see 40 or more stocks with liquidity at any one time. These days it seems to me there’s 15 or so and most are total pieces of crap ramped up by people in concert and in some cases the gains stick and others they don’t.

For FFWD it’s all about having a Nuuvera type success and making sure that the proceeds are invested in companies that can be controlled and added to.

It’s not impossible to imagine a few successful asset sales generating more cash than the current Market Cap with further assets in play. FFWD will have its time.
