? "SUSTAINABLE LANDSCAPE AND BIODIVERSITY PROTECTION OF EASTERN MONGOLIA DRY FIELDS" PROJECT TRAINING IS HELD

This project aims to reduce the degradation of ecosystems in dry and arid regions and prevent the depletion of biological diversity by supporting the sustainable and adapted livelihoods of the local people, based on the participation of the parties, the integrated level of land, and the market value chain in the field area of ??Eastern Mongolia. , Khentii and Sukhbaatar provinces are being implemented in 9 districts.

In doing so, we will support policy reforms aimed at improving sustainable land use by strengthening multidisciplinary cooperation in the development, implementation, and monitoring of comprehensive land management plans.

The project "Sustainable Landscape and Biodiversity Protection of Eastern Mongolian Drylands" is being implemented in Bulgan, Matad, and Kholonbuir districts of Dornod province.

This project has three main components. It includes:

1. Creating a favorable legal environment for sustainable management of dry and arid regions in Mongolia.

2. To improve sustainable land management in the steppe zone of Eastern Mongolia.

3. To improve the protection of biological diversity and territorial integrity.

Tmk energy are starting their drilling programme in April . Preparation is already being made, and they are using a Canadian drilling company.

So everything is kicking off in Q2.

“Operations for the upcoming Pilot Well Program are in full swing with construction of the camp
well underway and long lead items and equipment being delivered to site in preparation for

Personally , I think MB should attend this local meeting and reassure locals that PM is not going to be like PC .
