"Budget reform" is being discussed

Today (April 12, 2023), the Standing Budget Committee of the Great Khural of Mongolia is organizing a discussion on "Budget Reform" at the "Blue Sky" Hotel in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program's "Supporting employment reform through budget planning in line with the Sustainable Development Goals in Mongolia" project.
The discussion was opened by G. Temunun, Member of the State Parliament and Chairman of the Standing Budget Committee, Adrien Murg, Head of the Cooperation Department of the European Union Delegation to Mongolia, and Ilein M. Konkiewicz, Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program in Mongolia. , director of the research institute B. Tuvshintogs "Implementation of the Fiscal Stability Law in the last 10 years", S. Sukhdelger, general consultant of the project "Supporting employment reform through budget planning in line with the SDGs" implemented by UNDP, S. Sukhdelger "Result-based introduction of budgeting" will be presented.

Petro Matad plans Mongolian oil in 2022
Production from the Heron field could peak at 9,000bl/d and feed both exports and the domestic market
AIM-listed independent Petro Matad expects to produce first oil from its Heron-1 well in Mongolia in mid-2022, the firm’s CEO Mike Buck says. The Heron field’s initial output is forecast to be just c.500bl/d. But production is expected to rise to around 6,000bl/d by 2024—roughly when a government refinery is expected to enter service—and to later peak at potentially 9,000bl/d.

The mpram minister who is incharge posted that 2 projects will be given preference and today he was at the parliament meeting. So it looks like PM must have been discussed hence the rise today.
Remember they don't post on Facebook straight away. Someone must know more than us and it's shot up today.

I amrich I'll have a look tomorrow. But I'm certain that something regarding PM must have been discussed. Because the posts on Facebook are not always live.
