After doing bit of research I am 100% certain that PM was discussed at the beginning.

I follow the activists and one of the male activists put a post about PM being at the Bags citizen. Didn't get it. He only just posted about PC at being at Bags citizen. He means the meeting that took place.

Iamrich ID78 .My bad I thought he was PM representative because They were showing oil well extraction on projector . I assumed that was the first topic of the day but it was a guy from PC .

Here is what people need to know. This meeting was called in after they wanted to review PM.
Lot of hand went up which I suggest is a green signal for PM.
PC was discussed in there too and they have been breaking laws . Even the Local Governor was protesting few weeks back. They still had a chance.
Worst comes scenario even if the locals rejected it the final say is with the Mpram minister and the government.

Doc the daft. We have exploitation licence. Blocks 20 21 and 19 taken in matad soum. Plus exploration blocks are rewarded by Mpram.

Think before you write. Locals can give you permission for land use. Just like planning permission. You don't go to government for planning permission you go to local council.

Mpram allocate the exploration area and is agreed with Mpram not local government
