Few of you who keep asking silly questions and not having an exploitation for your questions need to understand that the paperwork is related to PM.
The SP crashed and once this was posted it rose by 15% and has held since. The market has checked the paperwork and have accepted this paperwork is a L.P. for the block next to block 20.
If it was not related this would be down to 4p.
Do some research and enlighten us all. Even negative news if you have any.

Genuine misinterpretation of the document which I corrected once I knew what it was about.
I never thought that new blocks would be needed for oil refinery.
There are only 2 operating in Dorno province and PM is looking for Land permit. So it all made sense.

I did not think about the new block. But anyway L.P. will be granted.

I think both L.P. and new block news coming very very soon. Today they had the meeting which I think has paperwork signed off.

This the block and if you look at the coordinates on the sides they match the ones on the letter.

I managed to locate the exact location using coordinates provided on the mpram letter.
The pipe and the railway tracks both run through the block and is very close to block 20.

The Letter posted was not L.P. as I thought but was for block XXVIII which is located very close to block 20.
IN the last RNS it was being negotiated and this is the reason the letter was sent to Dorno province
government. Looks like PM will have that block. Which is overlapping 2 provinces.

How much would a new block to PM s folder add to the SP
