Does the RNS imply that XOS could enhance effectiveness of LPLDL?

Truss/Kwarteng haven't got a clue. Hopefully they might not last long. But in the short term the £ will fall further and interest rates will rise further. Tomorrow morning could be very bad for markets. Companies are often accused of trying to bury bad news on a Friday!

Will we end up owning Kibo by default? Don't we already have shares in them? Apparently great tech but a bit nervous about way things are going.

"The CLN, which bears no interest, is due to be paid to the Company, following sale of or investment into Shankley by any third party."

Sorry for being dim, but do Kibo qualify as this 3rd party?

Seems like good news, though my tiny little brain is getting a bit lost in chain of ownership.

Is it surprising Eqtec not mentioned by Kibo? Might we expect a (almost) parallel RNS from Eqtec.

Possibly a small step on a long road. UK projects are very big and slow.

Perhaps they will pay down some (a lot) of (large) debt and invest some in Eqtec and the like.

Thanks for considered responses. But, still trying to understand the big drop H1. In some ways it's worse than it looks, as we seemed to be getting positive noises on the Slim, Well and LeanBiome side. So it could be argued we could have expected c. £750k H1. However, delays can account for no increase and perhaps small decrease. But what happéned to existing products and deals?

So what happened in H1 this year compared to last for the Prebiotix side? £120k this, £500k last. Unaudited for the former.

Surely we didn't ditch deals with companies to the amount of the difference. Did the companies, en masse, not reorder. Were the companies all amassing debt (getting Opti product and not being able to pay)?

As some have said, the Hut Group seem to be really struggling. So they are (were) not the best of partners. Also, H&B always discounting and running into difficulties from time to time. (This bit before I read AS's Bath update).

Any ideas?

Agree. It feels like we have taken a massive step backwards, regarding Prebiotix revenue. Hopefully there will be some recovery in H2, as suggested. But faith wearing thin.

News on Probiotix revenues might be delayed due to separation from Opti. Who knows what has happened to that side of the business. Though I have more faith in LPldl. But new CEO not yet in position.

Aandi - even the Tory most committed to net zero, may not be THAT committed. RM should just be "committed" : full stop!!

IMO renewables should go hand-in-hand with affordability. Seems current green tariffs are a little bit misleading.
