Why do Banks take so long to do paper work on these properties,friend of mine from midlands is involved in buying NPLs and does the same work here,tells me three properties he viewed and new past history of town which would say these should be in good condition one had no roof ,one which was pub sealed off with timber that’s now rotten,last one had no windows
My view would have been best to leave owners there at least Banks would have gained something in long term

With respect to people on this blog I have know interest if people are long or short
My problem is when three or four Hedgefunds have all out attack on any Company the first people that get destroyed are small Shareholders how can it not be different
When I first invested in Shares they increased when Company don well or vice versa
Personally I have no interest as faceless person on this blog of doing insults but would be interested in other peoples views on Hedgefunds

Winning new 5yr contract for Yellow Bus (first student) in N Y seems to be reason

This Company is massive world wide
The have took over Companies at top of there game put people to run them that had not got clue
Individually sold off have to be worth at least 3b.For small Shareholders like us yesterday’s A G M we would not have mattered so the shambles continues
