This can help us to break the cycle and move the SP above 6p+ and start to kick on in Q4 and 2026.

If they can get away with paying less then they will. If the SP is up around 20p after The DFS, Jorc and other news flows in Q4, they will look to lowball at around 25-30p offers to keep their outlay to a minimum. IMO

I have no issue with this, they have an excellent track record and it makes absolute sense to bring them in at this stage. It's all gearing up nicely.

Totally agree wavecrest, I don't think MR has made any bones that they are Junior Miners and once all the groundwork has been laid, the most likely scenario is that one of the established big players will buy them out.

This should see us PI's all make a heathy return on our investments, albeit perhaps not a 1000% uplift like our resident Superman.

One point I am happy to shoot down by you, BRES are focusing on the European market for offtake deals, the price of Natural Graphite in Europe has risen from $1.53 a kg in November 2024 to $1.72 a kg in August 2025. (+11%). The estimated requirements for graphite is quite clearly rising.
