My view is that ODX are not far behind in their approval.

Dr Gareth Cave is well qualified, in all the right move by the NNN, not sure it will move the sp too much as some have been aware of this move for a while, but non the less it's a positive step.

From this statement, it is clear that Avacta is the first to receive a CE mark for self-testing and also underlines the efforts of Alastair Smith and Medusa 19. Secondly, it implies that this CE mark implies that the test can be sold in many places outside the UK and EU.

Thanks to all those on here and on twitter who have shared their constructive views and research on Avacta - especially, gmcc, Myles, Ophidian, Poirot. I believe today marks the a major turning point.

@Saxondale, that is it, they are now able to sell to the public. This was the most difficult out of all of Avacta's tasks.

It means we can sell directly to individuals which is the biggest market for Avacta diagnostics. It also brings Medusa 19 online.

Key point being CE mark for use as a consumer self-test in the UK and EU.

The ACF update moves the price from 109p to 127p following NKT update by Wardell. That's an 18p upgrade and should move the current share price upwards to approx. 38p.

That's just the initial update at 127p, I believe that it will be well in excess of this. However, note that the current update has in the eyes of ACF increased the value by 18p (127p minus 109p). Let's see where this leads, but I think that there is a lot of upside with the open pit and other value to be added.
