Where they state: "Accurate, fast, easy-to-use, and widely accessible testing is required before the nation can safely return to normal life."

The US is placing a high emphasis on long term use of lateral flow and the need for accuracy and not just speed. With this in mind, it was imperative that Alastair pause the test whilst the accuracy is fine tuned which will aid an FDA EUA application.

Interesting morning update by Avacta, that highlights the impact of Omicron on ALL rapid antigen tests. The SARS-CoV-2 antigen test market remains strong for the foreseeable future with the virus mutating significantly multiple times annually. The FDA continuously monitors test sensitivity to variants (inc. Omicron) and as Avacta target the US, they are right to voluntarily “pause” the AffiDX® test whilst ABDX work with Avacta to accelerate and complete the tech transfer with new specs.

The reduced sensitivity is due to the commercially available antibody (i.e. off the shelf) that pairs with the Affimer® reagent. ALL other diagnostic companies should follow Avacta's suit with Omicron sensitivity studies for their lateral flow tests.

Avacta have multiple partnerships and news to update on:
ModernaTX, LG Chem (up to $400m), Daewoong Pharmaceutical and Point Biopharma for partnerships. Of high importance is the AVA6000 dose-escalation clinical trial and PKPD data for which we are likely to receive news in the very near future.

As such the market has over-reacted with the share price drop and provided a great opportunity for what is likely to be a strong bounce and year ahead. I have no doubt that AffiDX® SARS-CoV-2 antigen test will be back shortly Avacta announcing approval for the US market to boot.

Looks like a carbon copy issue from another board which focuses on diagnostics. Same user names.

To add: whether they off load or not, results have as much chance of being Monday as any other day next week. It will certainly be a difficult situation for traders and shorters when the RNS lands.

It sounds like history repeating, but Acacia were ill informed of the situation and lost out on a dramatic rise. Polar is slightly different but I question whether they may want to off load further?

Many shorters will be sitting between 39-43p and once this hits 45p and above the pain threshold will kick in.

The price has artificially been held low. The recent news has cleared the way for it to move north. Promising times ahead, both today and the rest of the week.

Obviously todays news has caught shorters off gaurd, who are finding it difficult to respond and have resorted to making up false news. R1ex on twitter responds accordingly.

An excellent RNS i was going for it to arrive late last year, but I'm happier for them to release this today. The next RNS will be epic.

It's interesting that you say this. I'm of the opinion that CINE won't be paying more than a tiny tiny fraction of the C$1.23 billion. This in part due to enforcement under UK law and the fact that CINE will appeal.

Many shorters will already be under, but I think the recent rise and steadying of the price via penny drop of nothing to pay to Cineplex. Further rise will trigger stops and will inevitably get the squeeze going.

The payout ratio is significant and is indicative that this is about to wrap up shortly. >= 80% ratio is big, with little intention of keeping more than 20% to reinvest back in the company.

You can make of this what you will, but to me that is very big news.

At least we know a few things:

1. The sale is still on
2. The term substantially all means more than 80%
3 We don't have long to go
4. Shorters will panic and down play this to a 1p spike

Dividend Policy Adopted by the Board



Eurasia Mining Plc ("Eurasia" or the "Company"), the palladium, platinum, rhodium, iridium and gold producing company, is pleased to announce that the Board has adopted the Company's Dividend Policy (the "Policy") further to the requests from Eurasia's shareholders.



The Policy extends the provisions of the Company's Articles on the declaration and payment of a dividend.



The purpose of the Policy is to provide a high degree of transparency to Eurasia shareholders and other interested parties as regards the calculation of the dividend amount and to explain the principles applied by the Board for the preparation of the recommendation to the Company general meeting on the dividend amount.



The Board established that the target dividend amount shall be at least 80% of the Company's adjusted net income (calculated as described in the Policy).

Excellent point. I've been hoping that Avacta focus on non-UK sales. The writing was on the wall as of Jan 2021 when the UK Gov retraced their steps on contracts with companies like Novacyt.

The last year has been transformative in which Eurasia morphed from a medium to a major PGM mining company with production and development of green energy to the last mile. The value add to the company has been huge and the market makers are unable to decide what to do, until the last two sessions when the penny has started to drop.

Congratulations to all those that held and continued to buy at lower prices. Early 2022 is about to make investors very very happy.
