Bringing up phase 3 trial success rates and talking about what level of demonstrated positive effect it will have is just digging for subtle negativity here.

Let's put SNG001 in perspective, it's had fantastic data so far both for COVID and COPD and if you add in the pre-clinical work and how it works as a broad anti-viral, this will be a game changer at most positive levels.

By valuing the therapeutics arm (alone) at £2.27 per share, this is 3x return at current levels. We have news on AVA6000 that could land today.

@zoom001 I don't know him either, but a company such as M19 with a large manufacturing capacity once it comes on line, could well play a significant role in the LFT. Will no doubt be pushing the share price up towards the £2.90 mark.

PiersD some good points. We know that the diagnostics arm of Avacta was deemed less than 20% of the total value of the company by Trinity Delta. Secondly, as I mentioned previously there has been an extreme over reaction by some sellers due to a lack of understanding of the company pipeline and fundamentals (as evidenced by the discussions on the use of antibody's - something which they should have been aware if they'd DTOR). With that being said, the antibody is likely to be a swap out of an off the shelf antibody.

As it only represents less than 20% of the value driver going forwards, I'm not fixated on a quick turnaround of antibody swap out. I see it more of a bonus if it was to happen sooner rather than later.

@Titania, you are right they seem to be on form. But on the other hand, the amount their buying will almost certainly cause some parts of the troughs.

It's interesting that the poster said it was 1m per day. Just 2m per month from M19 (i.e. 66K per day) for AffiDx would hit the Trinity Delta 280p.

I think you are spot on Ghia, I remember when Acacia decided to offload without care assuming that negative sentiment towards Woodford would balance out with their maverick strategy.

There is some suggestion that, once the green light is given, Medusa19 will have capacity of 1M per day. That would be good.

Seems like Polar vs Polygon is an ongoing battle. Fascinating that they are taking two opposing strategies. I wonder what they are hedging on and who has done their research.
