Let's break down your emotional post.

First of all, some general statements regarding the market. The market always overreacts... always! In ANY direction. Downwards or upwards... the market is nothing more than expectations. The 'market' is hardly ever exactly right...

In general (!!), you would be better of buying when others are selling, then you buying when others are buying. It's a wellknown statement, but very hard to actually execute...

No a bit more specific:
