I think (hope) we will find commercial oil, but it will be way less than above us. Hence the 4 meters of pay we found. It is, imo , indeed a line of oil that follows the coast.

But thank God, it doesn't really matter for Tullow going forward, it was a plus if oil was struck, but no man overboard here. Far from it. Our Guyana blocks are way more promising.

Antharry, uinoil, yep, it's a line that follows the coast. So far all drills outside that line have failed.

So it isn't that bad of a thought.

You don't (?) need to be a rocket scientist to see in what line/direction the oil is located in Guyana/Suriname. Block 47 is way, WAY to much outside that line/area.

Our Guyana acreage is way closer to the oil hotspot, and we did in fact already found oil, and I am sure that we will (the proper) find oil in the Cretaceous layer, but less than in the hot spot line... imo.

And for TLW investors this block 47 wasn't that important evidently, when looking at the share price. As if it was already calculated in.

No, you're not. I told you on the other board that you got out to early. There is to much news going on with TLW , that share price movement was to be expected, and still is to be expected. Historically TLW is still low priced. When Covid is out the window, and debt under control... you will see a share price substantially higher than today. That is an objective statement we can make, right?

Lot's of valid arguments in this article. The higher the oil price goes, the more everybody want to produce again? Comeback of shale? etc.

Hopefully next year we have a somewhat stable oil price?
