investors live in hope. Investment Industry is in decline for obvious reasons.

This board is ignored by investors who think they know and do

not need help. CEOs have no interest and most likely are unaware

Everybody senior is on holiday in August and the first letter was not sent

1. 2 years ago I received the first blow..

2. On the 18th Feb 2022 I received the next blow with

an unexpected nonsense letter explaining that I was no longer allowed

to buy . Buy not sell.

I responded with if I can't buy I cannot sell HL wants Mapp to go to hell.

3. That comment was intended to come to the attention of HL and another

nonsense letter was sent on the 28th March 2023 which confirmed that my

on-line access was locked. Another shock.

4. 14 June 2023. Valuation was sent at last on a day when I had an accident

on my walk to the beach . My beach gear was stuffed into a rucksack which

cushioned the fall down a staircase. HL wants me to go to hell? It almost

happened but I was lucky and there was no swim in the sea this year .

5. I kept a copy of all those nonsense letters and wonder why they were sent?

The Help Desk Team got it wrong and I am expected to sue?

Porsche, I questioned the letter and was offered £50.00 compensation which

I did not accept. Standards in Finance are deteriorating and are getting worst.

Private clients are let down and give up. I explained in detail and hope that

someone concerned might take notice . 7000 comments of solid information

is enough to write a book, a comedy or tragedy. In "poetry."

We write further to a conversation that you had with a Helpdesk agent on

18 August 2021.

During this call you made some inappropriate comments to my colleague.

Specifically, "when I hear your voice it makes me sick".

This type of behaviour is offensive and unacceptable. We are entitled to ask that our colleagues are treated with respect and consideration when clients contact us.

Please refrain from making comments of this nature in the future.

Letter arrived within 24 hours. Log in numbers via Royal Mail with delay

a few days later.

We are at the hight of the holiday season when there is a shortage of staff and

temporary staff is working unsupervised. Anybody in need of help may be let down

as I was in 2021.

I was a novice and bought again and more

holding on and lost the lot.

Many of those FRR losers were clients of HL.

I made up some of my FRR losses with GGP which

I sold at the top holding on to my initial investment.

Never complain, never explain. You cannot argue with

a Bully and may be told to leave. That is not easy for it

takes weeks for an account to move from HL . Accounts may get

lost on the way if there is a cyber attack and then?
