Completely agree Max19, and i don't blame those who did take the profit. Will see plenty of that on the climb up, nature of the beast

And all i'm reading is a breakout year next year - increase in demand up by 30% / 40% and they're figures being thrown around as the "expected across the board" not the high end of a range. Things could be coming together very nicely, finally. I wonder if Atlantic would take a similar BO if one came along or they feel timing wise, after going through the pain of last couple of years, its actually perfect timing now to push on themselves. Their other projects and the proposal the Ghanaian government have put forward with regard establishing the plant......maybe another BO offer, unless significant would simply be dismissed out of hand. Interesting times ahead, and more to the point, they do look far better times as well

Getting very interesting and shows the speed that things can turn in this part of the world. Just when you think no hope after years of dragging feet, it can turn in the blink of an eye, witnessed it so many times. I do understand the pain of those that have been in here for as long as they have, hopefully you will see better times very soon....

Without actually mining it is.....but all a step in the right direction. A different climate globally since when this 1st spiked and hype around the project. Take all factors in to consideration, this could be the start of something very good here. I know a lot frustrated with Ghanaian government, but as i keep saying that's sub Sahara Africa for you. Get this over the line, get their plans with regard the plant moving forward and you may be surprised how quickly things start to turn. I was initially thinking a quick double here and then move on....but i think a lot more to be had. And yes i could regret saying all this when the next bun fight in government occurs, but without not wanting to repeat myself...that's sub Sahara Africa for you. I do genuinely think this one is almost there though.

I think it is a matter of each to their own with this, a lot will depend on how long some have been in, their average, the pain they have experienced in this very long drawn out process, and yes still not clear. The thing is, you have to understand sub Sahara Africa and how most Governments operate. What has gone on here is no surprise to me whatsoever, and yes still a gamble, of course it is its a penny stock in the mining sector dealing in a volatile region and regime.....that said i think its a very good gamble worth taking, and i have and from what i can see and experience in dealing with similar regimes, i'm pretty confident we will see ratification very soon ..

I don't have the baggage of being here the last few years and experiencing disappointment after disappointment, but i'm confident enough to have built up a nice 6 figure holding over last few weeks. The world has changed significantly, the new guy in the white house has dictated a lot of that and will do so for the next few years. I really wouldn't focus on the past with this one, but again that's easy for me to say

Market global climate a lot different now. Not saying their won't offer less, im saying it won't be accepted and they'll know that. I do feel if another offer is made it will be at least at the same level. Time will tell I guess Let's also see what direction Ghanaian government go as well ...... I know its been a hard slog to this point but that could change significantly. Either way I hope those been here through tricky times get rewarded

@strummer, personally I think any offer will be more than that. With rat its a lot further down the road I dont think any offer below the one previously made would even be considered. Hope for all you longs the start of much better times just round the corner 👍🏼

StrummerJones that's a very decent shout. Anyone with an average of 30s+ maybe even 20s, may well end up holding on to longer than they were hoping to to break even or better. That said it would depend on whether anything drops in addition to ratification. But yes, you make a very good point and you are so right, you will get a whole host of new accounts pumping this hard for a quick return on the back of rat.

Good shout and would explain Friday. I think a lot of history here, people a little wary, understandably, and probably waiting for certainty re ratification before jumping in. Signs are looking good though

It'll be a steal. I've loaded up and just above and just below 9 these last few weeks and obviously I wish I'd have waited and got at this level although im scheme of things and in the very near future I know I won't be overly disappointed...
