Spot on Teddy.. said that ast week and was shot down in flames, although someone didn't read the message properly and just answered what he thought was being said, just for a change......!! Anyway you're right, it is having an impact. It will only be a short term impact and once rat granted then away we go. Nevertheless the war has affected the sp and we will be staring that move up post rat from a much lower level than where we should be at this stage of the game and for me PROBABLY will mean some start their bidding a bit cheeky ....will all be good in the end though, just sit tight for another week or so

Same as most forums like this one, you'll get the extremes which you need to try and block out and look for those that have a well researched, balanced view - although if anyone can tell me how you block people on here i'd appreciate it, would make it so much easier ! Agree with some comments already made re AI, need to be very careful with those cut and paste comments! And said this from the start and will say again..........this is sub-sahara Africa, understand how majority of governments in this region operate, their mind-sets, cultures and it will help massively. Nothing that has happened so far surprises me and this will simply happen when it happens, just accept that and be patient - for what it's worth i still think it will happen and there is a bright future ahead for ALL - but until all signed and sealed i will have still have some doubts as you just never know in this region, there is no other like it for me.

To be honest the longer the better for me atm, lets see if there can be some headwind at least in resolving the issues in the middle east as there is no doubt this will water down any good news and positive impact for us. Unfortunately i don't think there will be a short term fix or good progress made, and i do think it will have an impact, even if just short term. That however may help some, or at least encourage some to push forward some low ball offers. Obviously not good for people in the area which is the number 1 concern, however i don't think it's going to help us much short term either - grrrrrrrrrrr ! I hope i'm wrong, for a number of reasons 🙏
