And especially sub Sahara Africa. It will go at their pace and nothing will change that. Things can drag without and rhyme or reason, and then suddenly out of the blue something happens. Never known business to be conducted this way, governments run this way, anywhere else on the planet. As frustrating as it is, i'd try and not let it impact your judgement here, other things maybe yes, but not the conduct of the Ghanaian government. Without sounding flippant what will be will be, the Atlantic team just need to stay on the right side of government and move at their pace, gently nudging when they can. Am new to this group but i do have experience dealing with this part of the world in another sector. Nothing is surprising or worrying me with how this is panning out. Yes opportunities (buyouts) may have been missed but don't let those cloud how you are thinking now about the situation and how the Ghanaian government are handling this.
