The signs I Ignored24 Jun 2025 21:14
Any one remember the reception in London for president Ramos Horta. There was a few speakers, one of which was a uk government junior minister who stood up and said what good friends we and Timor Leste were and threw some polite compliments on the president.Andy Butler stood up and did his thing.
When it came time for Ramos Horta to say his piece,he stayed in his seat as though he was addressing a bunch of adoring 6th formers. The other speakers showed respect,The president just showed his arrogance.
The second warning sign was Andy Butlers statement that there would be no more dilution and that equity funds would be raised to fund further activity. This led us all to believe he had this organised, little did we know.
The one which couldn’t be ignored was Timor Leste’s (it will all come here)prime minister signing a Helicopter contract that he had either not read or did not understand which had another devastating effect on snda share price and the companies position in the market.
We can now only hope that somehow Andy Butler can regain his level of high esteem that we all had of him.
I so so so hope that He doesn’t take this company to the dire straights that his uncle did.
Over to you Andy,I sincerely hope you can get this mess sorted out.Lets hope there is some rabbits coming out of some hats at the agm.
