SXX closed down 12.31 percent on Monday, August 12, 2019, on 3.5 times normal volume. It ran into resistance at its 50 day moving average. Its advance stalled at its 200 day moving average, an important long-term support / resistance line. The bulls were able to push the stock to a new 52-week high. The bears made the stock sink to a new 52-week low. The price action carved out a bearish shooting star candlestick pattern. That may indicate a downside reversal. Look for price to trade beneath the low of the shooting star for confirmation.
