Morning all. Good question. I’m guessing RS is sick of the volatility being seen in this share. I wonder if he’s regretting buying a PLC with problems and turning it into what he wants. As opposed to building the FinTech company from scratch, getting investment from his contacts for the classical Investment Rounds A,B,C +/- an IPO when more of this company was established. I think the present sp massively undervalues the company based on anticipated financial potential. Yet the sp might well drop again, thus showing the AIM isn’t helpful for the company. Great for us buying and stocking up though!!!

Auden, couldn’t agree more. The volatility - the swings are stupid - is frustrating and a day traders dream. The underlying vision of the BoD and intellectual team remains sound. I think RS is getting a bit sick of the AIM. Geopolitics might shaft us, and the world, but this is a share worth keeping long term. GLE.

Morning Newcastle.. it’s a 27,250% increase from a sp of £2.00. to £547. Not too shabby - assuming 15,000,000 shares total in circulation. RS said he wants more shares in circulation, possibly a share split in the future. And, obvs, the shares that get released in the funding round. GLE.

Only 994,670 shares in free float. No wonder it’s so volatile. They’re going to rocket in price with the next two funding rounds. GLE.

That dip below £1.00 caused a lot of frustration and upset. Let’s be honest, we could trend down again. But we know that’s the AIM being stupid not us being wrong in our decision to invest here. I hope everyone has a great weekend. GLE.

Couldn’t agree more Alloa. RS is bound to have discussed the development of the FinTech with the required funding rounds with his network of investors. All covered with non disclosure agreements if appropriate. Personally, I’m looking at a 5 year time frame to even consider selling. BUT that works for me, other people will want big returns sooner. You pays your money and you takes your choice!

Good Afternoon everyone. An interesting day so far. I wonder how they will actually work $25,000,000 for not more than 10% of the company? High initial price and then warrants down line?? So far the company has worked hard to minimise the rise in the total share issue. No reason to suspect they’ll want that to change that. It’s going to be an interesting waiting game. GLE.

GB: good question re size to pull this off. Once they’ve written the AI&ML code, and matched it to each financial jurisdiction, the system should become self sustaining. They’ll need to decide who gets to use it: from governments and Fortune 500 companies, down to the person in the village. The interlocking modular approach they’re taking hopefully means they can develop this in any way they want. What they won’t need to do is have actual banks. Smart phones, secure identification systems, Web 3.0 and all that.
Or they put in the foundations and then sell to the big boys. Either way, we should be onto a big earner here.

Morning all / Bore da. RS anticipated losses during the start of this project. I’m wondering if there’s a bit of a sell off today because of this? If the sp drops under £1.00, it’s definitely worth buying the dip.

Couldn’t agree more Greybadger. Interesting info on telegram re the recent share dump. It was from someone who urgently needed cash, not an insider bailing out. (Not sure if you’re part of the telegram group).
