Yes, it was already oversold before the news, and today was washed out with near 500M+ buys, and these buyers wont be selling anytime soon.

This co has been around for years and always make it through in the end
They have strong assets which do generate income, and near higher production
This was lenders issue and distress seller involved who is now out.

Not in fully in but will be buying tomorrow, .45 ask on close - won't take much to get to .75, or 1p+ for that matter.
(With a bit of extra lending news should give a new boost too on previously oversold pos)

Once it breaks trough 4.5, it is clear to 6.50- - 7.5 range

They have opened up to number of options (not just buy out) which is good to see for shareholders and new buyers, I don't think anyone would be stupid enough to sell once they are in from here.
