As per information provided earlier in the day, they are looking to sell company for much higher than last Thursday close for 350p, and they are happy to pay more to shareholders as stated they would be legally, its just that panic sellers ruined it for themselves, and made it easy for buyers from here on.
Well they can pay us more, we are still buying and holding.
No way CEO would shoot him self in the foot, and knows s/h will have to paid out even after going private. hence why not close prices near Thursday close (350p to settle properly!)
