MKT cap now below cash now, and they have new business line approved with almost zero cost and decent rental and new build property portfolio.
Fear is strange thing, this is very low float and newbies didn't have chance - if they just look at price and know nothing else.
Down on low/ thin volume last 3 days, up on high. that's ok in my book.
We had distress seller outs - probably some PI on margin calls. never use margin.
