The distress seller(s) has sold about 14m so far yesterday and today, and should have about 3-4m left, then game on and time to price the latest news, and more to follow.

UK leading the sector, hence why addition of new growth line of business and vote approved by shareholders. Now with May Barn consultancy anything is possible here. Building up, while it clears the sellers up. Once we clear 25p, it should shift pretty fast as zero news factored in now, and trading near cash - nothing factored in on the property side of things.
