yes you will have the same shares and you can get more added at 1p through subscription only.
your co is fully funded and has £8M in cash and about £1b contracts to execute a bit too much for them - hence need the money - always good position to be in, rather than no contracts,.
Mkt cap at 1p is £4.5M and total cash $8M+, plus $1b order book to execute going forward. This placing will make them profitable going forward, so no need to sell anything now.
cheap p;acing but interesting for new buyers and investors will add to their core positions.

if not placing due to vote then again the price may jump back to £10 who knows.

this is good company with $12m cash and 1b forward unreleased order book. They need cash to execute the orders

Good it is suspended, what will happen to all those shorts/ sellouts. Funding sorted, mkt cap is £4.5m, and they have £8M cash and £4m coming in = £12M cash - not taking into account property/ assets and technology value!

hopefully when released it gaps now that we have everyone sold out, and millions short too.

I see couple of blue boxes, i never get a mind of a board troll and then some losers who do no DD, no understanding of valuations, no understanding of business and potential growth areas and just see a price.
Some think swearing to others will help them get big ego gains! and that will make them complete in some senses. But all to their own.

If co was good at 20p, its hell of buy under 5p, so see the wood from the trees, and get out of you own way.
mms need to move this up and stop taking off poor investors who just lost 90%! we taken enough off them, and there is big demand for more.
