Just 3 months ago they rejected 170p a share offer which significantly undervalued the company mm said.

Are you deluded, nothing has changed and now you talk about right issue.

The thing is if he does take it private it will likely be after a while, maybe take it alot less than the 170p offered.

How they get away with it..

All bad news is priced in this, if thg revenue growth is constant then i cant see why this has fallen to 49p.

3 main divisions, surely thg is undervalued big time. If it isnt then directors need to step down for refusing that 170p offer.

Takeover offer of 170p came and sp went to 150p mark and now in the last few months fallen all the way down to 49p.

I think mkt needs assurance that nothing sinister is happening.
