The problem is the SR commenced in a economic crisis, it looked like few interested parties went into data room and looked at the nickel and gold asset, with inflation rampant and higher interest rates it looks like non were able to commit to a deal. I think this is the reason why there was an extension.

Lnd must realise that its unlikely a deal may occur and maybe looking at plan B, they have drilled exploration targets at the felix (assays pending) and started drilling in lamaune on friday, they need to know whether to continue increasing the resource at bam or continue at felix and lamaune.

The NSR will be boast for balance sheet where they will be able to commence PFS should the gold deal not go through.

Bill and Glenn have bought been saying for the last 2 years that they know parties are interested so the onus is on them to entice the parties to make an offer.

If a deal doesnt go through then we may need Bill to step down and bring young energetic ceo who can take the company forward.

Company still had many options.

I fully aware what the going rate is for the gold, you only have to compare with deals in the last few years.

Alot has changed this year with economic problems, its quite clear no one has put down the value we been hoping for, so what do we do

1) carry on drilling and commence pfs, this will require funds ( sell lithium and nsr)

2) try selling asset at a cut price

Like you say lnd has spent 65m and the mkt cap has never touched that, even now we have 14m mkt cap when we have an nickel and gold resource.

Just ask amc holders, they getting 35m for asset worth over 150m. Its the mkt, lnd may hold onto the gold and sell it later down the line when project more advanced and has pfs done.

But seriously they have a plan, SR has been extended till 30th dec 2022, gives more time for negotiations, if no deal for gold then they have plan b which is to sell the lithium, last rns states they have had many interest for the lithium.

Lets see, the board need to realise we are trading at 12p so dreams of £1 sale should be off, 50-60p in my view..

You thinking far ahead, the SR expires on 30th dec 2022, if they are not successful in selling gold or finding jv partner then then the sale of the 3 lithium blocks will occur.

This will cover exploration, expansion and commence pfs.

My thinking, first its bam and then to the west its felix and further west is lamaune. Bill thinks there is over 5Moz in these 3 targets.

Now why would they start drilling lamaune on friday if Felix results will not be good, Felix lies between lamaune and bam and if results were poor they would have not started to drill at lamaune until further investigations at felix.

Positive results at the felix could easily double the share price as felix has potential to double resource.

All is not lost here, frustration has got us to current sp which can change quickly..

I will give them the benefit of doubt until this SR is complete, both have significant skin in the game and Bill has given over 17 years to lnd. Its in both of thems interest to get best outcome for holders.

I have said even between 30-50p a share will be decent but clearly its worth way more.

We have some short term catalyst coming up, ie felix assay results and royalty sales which is around 9% of mkt cap.

Look at some positive drilling results today at ECR, mkt cap 9m, up 25% today.

Here lnd are at 13m mkt cap with multiple assets, debt free, cashed up and expecting drill results from felix very soon.

The mkt has punished lnd too much, way oversold.

The lithium assets will be sold as greenfield exploration project, little drilling has been done but lithium has been found.

Selling each asset for a couple of million to parties they could easily set up new company and valued at 10m. Yet here we are with over 60m spent trading at 13m.

The mkt has totally got this one wrong.

From what i gather i think they want to sell the gold at decent price if they dont then lnd will dispose the non core lithium asset and grow gold asset, commence pre feasibility and then hope to sell it further down the line.

From listening to bills old interviews in past he has said they want to know what is there before they sell it, scattered drilling is being done for a reason.

Whatever happens we are undervalued big time. Seriously if they had no interest they would have shut down SR and carried on.. we funded lets give them time...

In dec receiving C$1m in cash/shares from lithoquest.
In mid 2023 will receive C$1.5m in cash/shares from lithoquest.
Have 1.5% royalty remaining, so another C$2m

Today rns states they have received alot of interest for lithium assets, this can bring $6m+ to coffers.

So money is being well managed.

Cant believe we have fallen so much.

Lnd wont be doing a raise, hopefully with common sense in coming weeks this can move back up.

We have to ask ourselves why are lnd drilling in bits and pieces and not concentrating on one section ie increasing gold resource in BAM.

To me they are proving to interested parties that their is gold along the strike. Amy other reason doesnt make sense drilling 20 holes in felixs and then moving to lamaune and drill 20 holes.

Buyers are still interested in gold. Imho

Offers may not have come because of Bills metric, he wanted close to $100 per ounce, nobody willing to pay that.

Becausr the SR has been extended maybe now the price is negotiable.

Anyone buying now are getting great deal.

Come on your an old timer you should know the 700k balance doesnt include the cash they raised from warrants in july, also they had some holdings in lithoquest.

With those funds they told us they had enough to drill felix and lamaune.

I think there is 3 stages to this SR, phase 1 where interested parties been given data and do dd.

Phase 2 where interested parties are invited to express interest and company decide which corporate direction they want to go.

Phase 3 invite parties to make bid.

So i will hold on till this is complete, even if no deal they have options.
