What makes you sure before christmas it would be done?

No updates been given and its been a month since last update..

I think the best thing that should happen is that funds are returned to shareholders and company closes.

Pointless leaving 10m behind to buy asset.

As soon as the deal was announce RY said the hurdle was getting it approved from Russia authority, that was done with ease.

Western companies having difficulties getting paid from russian parties, i dont understand why west are punishing own companies.

Im sure this should all be sorted out soon. Its been over 4 weeks since money should have been in amc bank. Shareholders should give him hell at the agm tomorrow, he should really step down for this screw up..

I dont think Svidlov will pull out, he is gettin an asset worth over 130m for 35m, he will be eager to get this through.

What im annoyed at is that the company was aware of the sanction and getting money out prior why wasnt this thought through before.

Multiple parties are interested in our lithium, they will all have to bid which will increase the price.

As set out in the Announcement, GT1 had concluded the purchase of 50% (1.5%) of the 3% net smelter royalty ("NSR") that Landore held over the Root Lake Property for CAN$2 million in cash and, subject to completion of the GT1 Acquisition, had agreed to exercise an option to purchase the remaining 1.5% NSR in return for a further cash payment of CAN$1 million.

Yesterday disposal of the whole NSR for C$3m, felix results imminent along with soil sampling results. A number of parties wanting to buy our lithium targets ( bidding war) and it seems lnd still committed to get the sale of company according to Glenn.

Strong buy at these levels.

Mkt cap on 15m, i believe they have over £3m in bank.

To me i cant put down what companies intentions are 100%.

They kept door open for the lithium asset to be disposed.

Bill has said in past he wants to know what is there before they sell, if no meaningful chance of sale one wouldnt risk further exploration in lamaune when they have just drill exploration target in felix and plenty of known extensions at bam.

To me not quite sure what the co is upto. If sale was not happening it would be wise to keep hold of the money and concentrate on pfs, this along with NSR sale will be enough to get ball rolling.

By extending the SR by 3 months lnd hoping they may change their minds.

NSR sale to green technology metals (gt1) is interesting, lnd has 3% NSR in the asset in root, gt1 can buy 1.5% for $1m anytime and the remaining 1.5% has no fix value. GT1 are buying the 1.5% with no fix value as if an large player buys lnd they wont be accomodating in selling the nsr back to gt1 cheaply.

Bill and Glenn both have to be the best salesman to get deal through, odd are lower but still possible.
