So once land permits come in which is imminent we can talk about that.

Yes this is what i meant and my previous post do confirm why they will drill in block V in first half of 2023. UNLESS WE GET ANOTHER COVID LOCKDOWN...

All permits are in place, they have to drill In first half else if they dont they wont have time to apply for exploitation license should they strike..

Velociraptor will be drilled very quickly, they want to test the raptor trend before they give it up. Block V expires mid june 24.

Should they strike at velociraptor they will need to gather more data and apply for exploitation license, gathering more data requires.

So now funding its complete and permits in place they only require a time for the rig. Shallow well which can be drilled within 20 days..

I dont think panr needs rig for long term flow test.

That said i think clearup will take 10 days and then the rig will re-enter to replace the production tubing.

It took them 16 days to pull the tubing and packer out of wellhead. This also included mobilosation of rig.

So basic maths says it will take time. 88e were expecting rig mid feb.

Anyone who says we wont get a delay are misleading. At leasr the placing churn has more time to churn..

Matd usually put one out before AGM, so monday or Tuesday.

Raptor permits are complete, rig has been signed just need a drilling window.

Such a large country with population of only 3m, half the population in capitol, how can matd heron really effect them.

The minister said within 1-3 months and that was oct, we are in month 4 now. So i believe it will be done soon.

In mean time raptor will be drilled. Potential recoverable is 650mmbo, well cost only $1.7m..

Heron 1, 2 and 3 can easily bring 1000bopd, they can ramp up production.
