Merlin 1 and 2 were drilled on 2d data and in middle of knowhere. Hickory is 6 miles from pipeline state 1 well drilled in 1988 where oil was present on multiple zones. Talitha A well is 10 miles away and panr plan to drill talitha b which is only 6 miles away from hickory.

We know oil is in our acreage as was proved with comparing data with alkaid and icewine. Who knows had they tested the smd back in 2015 rather than the deeper horizon 88e might have been producing now.

This is the best chance for 88e imho.

If you compare this drill to the others they have drilled, hickory is the best chance for them to find commercial oil.

Kevin, what you on about of course they will do wire logging its testing the zones later on in the year, last time in icewine 1 they overlooked the SMD zone, the petrophysical data compared with alkaid 1 confirmed they may have got similar or better flow rates.

This time around they will analyse the complete data, will be fully funded for test also. Dont forget they gonna generate $6m cashflow from texas this year also.

This well should be generating more interest certainly more than last years merlin 2.

If 88e strike at hickory 1 they should look to sell phoenix project, with it being close to infrastructure and can go into production quickly.

There is still a few weeks to go to spud, consolidation is always good.

Last time they had mkt cap in excess of 300m when they spud merlin2.

At the moment we have 150m mkt cap. So patience it will happen.

Its gonna be long term testing, we might not see production rate for at least a month.

Panr were producing over 500boepd for over 30 days, the blockage has been removed they have connected well to production facility. So its will go on test long term..

We are spudding in a few weeks, hickory 1 doesnt have decent cos it has excellent cos. Talitha was drilled because of the well data from pipeline state 1 which was drilled in 1988.

The most appealing thing for 88e is that Phoenix project is so close to Dalton highway, do they can get to production asap.

88e have never had such high Chance of Success (cos) before. Its an appraisal well.
