Aleph look to me wanting to takeover sdx.

They need to run from egypt, years of investment and years of production nothing to show for it.

Whatever they get they should take it.

Even morocco, whenever they drill a well the well life is not long.

If they manage to get around £6m for egypt current mkt it will be like new company.

This is shocking amount ontop of conversion of 4.5p..

You have tunnel vision. Still cant believe why takeover offer was refused and further dilution has occurred since then. Aleph has benefitted greatly. Cant see why u dont think that is threat?

There is no point trying to entice new holders here. Shakeypremis used to be knowlegeable poster here. I cant seem to see any posts maybe he has finally sold.

I will give u example, you make £10 but spend £10 in payin tax and keep production stable what benefit is that for shareholders. There production and revenue has also decreased now.

Do you have to be holder to comment on the ineptness of various management. Aleph will hold over 25% of company very soon.

PW at least would done better job then all these ceos that have come along taking healthy wage and doing worse.

Sdx are on verge of collapse, there was an employer emailing large shareholders that sdx were struggling financially sdx denied this but awhile later took emergency loan from ii. All money generated is spent on to maintain production. They have even failed to maintain morocco gas contracts.

The fall of sdx is soon. Very dissapointed.

If they convert all the note they will have 26% of the company.

Shareholder could have ran with the 10p takeover offer, now there is addition 25% dilution.

Its been 2.5 months since they stated multiple offers received.

Im guessing nothing has come of it.

The issue is what they can extract from egyptian asset.

They sold 33% of South Disouq last year for $5.5m. They also have pipeline and maybe that will be worth something. With egyptian economy going downhill cant see them extracting much.

Now they have death spiral funding with largest holder, cant believe 10p takeover offer was rejected. More dilution at 4.5p should they convert.

This company has become wrong'un.

Blakeley paid $190m for Montara, money would have been better spent elsewhere.

This is goin above 30p when we get news of montara back in production. Then will move up gradually, 18000boepd is huge amount for smallcap. Akatara online 80p plus.

Roxi, calm down. Sometimes the plan to invest in one stock hoping for quick gain and then putting it another doesnt work.

Jse will not rush it. They have found small defect and now will be addressing it. End of sept will be the earliest this comes back online, may take longer.
