They are in good location in morocco, PRD have found gas amd plenty of it. Sdx can also find it. Worth mentioning sdx are the only producer in morocco.

This deal today why is it all confident? Multiple offers were made 2 months ago why are they hiding the interested party?

Have you spoke to company, why havent they agreed price they had offers for over 2 months?

Morocco producing around 5mmcfd, and get around $12 per mcf. Revenue around $17m for sdx share in morrocco. I think this will double from here next few months.

Sdx holders lost out, it would have been equivalent to 16p a share for sdx holders.

Aleph has managed to reduce mkt cap 7.5m now and have chance to increase holding from 5% to 26% via cln. Massive dilution.

God damn all those who joined forces with aleph and rejected deal.

This is what i see, zero. The boards have destroyed shareholder value. The had an accountant in charge of oil gas company, mr reid. What did he do but take massive salary.

They said they borrowed from aleph so that they could drill in morocco so what has happened with drilling?

The fact that they had to borrow cln note from aleph leads me to think struggling to get cash out of egypt.

Morocco is nothing unless they find a resource big enough, these small pockets of gas is no good.

The way its going it will eventually go bust. All revenue generated is used to maintain production. They dont have enough reserves.

Morocco is just a waste of time, they dont have enough production to get new customers. At least PW tried to buy another asset... im not convinced they will get much for egypt asset and how will they take out the $ from country.
