Does sdx egyptian pipeline and gas processing unit have 140mmcfd capacity?

It kind of makes sense, the insider spreading misinformation to large shareholders collapsed the sp. Multiple parties interested in egyptian asset wanted to get asset on the cheap, one possible reason.

Sdx has pipeline and gas processing facility in egypt which can be expanded. Companies already in egypt would love to get hold of this, it takes alot of red tape and time to build one.

Panda if they get £15m for egypt asset i think 30m mkt cap is fair that is around 15p a share.

Over the coming days this will start moving up, it was that 10m overhang causing the issue.

I bet the moroccan pipeline is worth more than current mkt cap. They have large acreage to develop and explore.

Sdx recently agreed higher gas prices with egypt also.

It seems sdx acreage is not very far from CHAR offshore find in morocco. As you get closer to offshore it seems the basin gets thicker.

Plenty of excitement. To top it up, sdx already are producing and hav infrastructure in place.

If they get rid of egypt they can concentrate in morocco. Both prd and char doing well but its only sdx who is generating $17m per annum.

I wonder if its this company that is interested.

Btw the $17m in receicables will have value to sdx. I wonder what price receivables would get.

Now that we know we will get substantially more than $7.5m, at current levels this can double or treble within 4 months.

Let say after disposal and payin fees etc sdx has £7m cash, debt free, morocco asset producing gross 5mmcfd. Net revenue around $17m. The current mkt cap of 7m is just too low.
