There may be possibilities with financing with the end customers. For instance, discount on the first x tons of graphite in return for a loan of £x m. It's not in his interest to overly dilute being the biggest shareholder. That's in our favour.
We all feel the frustration. Junior companies have really taken a beating whilst FTSE rides high. I genuinely believe market economics will prevail. Right product, right time and producing (at a good profit). Genuinely can't see anything wrong here. I have a good stake here and this kind of company is not a pump and dump, it has long term objectives which are already starting to deliver. Can't promise next week but it will improve soon. Don't worry, if it doesn't in the next few months I will ban myself.
Gallder, just read your 18:21 post. Not sure how many times on average he would be offside but would love to see that game and would hope that Gary Lineker was commentating. As for the rest of it, just sitting back with my investment and see how it develops. It doesn't matter how much commentating is done here. Depends entirely on the end results in a few weeks time.
We have a good business now, just imagine when that deal goes through. 12 million tons of graphite, worth at least £8bn in the ground. Planning allows for 150,000 tons a year or over £100m. Patience, and in the meantime work. Paint is dry, time to concentrate on the day job.
Well, for good or bad £500.added. Hopefully additional £2000 next week but MMs if you wanted to release the breaks and assist a share price rise over the next few days then you have my permission. I won't mind. Lol
That's why I am not giving definite predictions. Whilst many other companies have done very little in that time tho, look what has been achieved. It is still early days, but almost at the point where it should be rewarded for it's work. Unfortunately if it were that straightforward the markets would be easy to predict. I will know in the next couple of months if the faith was justified.
I don't mind however if it waits out another few weeks before the big jump as I am expecting to exit 1 stock and then add here. That has to be it for me after that tho, the portfolio is starting to look unbalanced.
On my part no predictions. If there was any vindication of well run junior companies with big ambitions no reason why not. The last few years have changed investment rules, but my theory is that supply and demand will prevail whilst the majority of other producers won't be online until the middle of next year and still won't be making profit.
Considering by now we should be producing about £1.5m a month of product so possibly over £700k a month profit and expanding in a sector which is expecting supply shortfalls by year end so potentially higher prices with a transformational deal for new territory imminent. What more does the market want? It defies logic.
If you are correcting the calculations then don't forget that we only have 75% of the 120 bopd so 90 bopd. Then there is the 25% royalty so 67.5 bopd equivalent, tho I would love for your calculations to be right. Still significant depending on how much it costs.
My only concern is the last placing. It isn't the value. Did no-one else notice the irony after us being called the devil. 666,666,666 shares. Methinks someone was having a bit of fun with that 1. Glad I am not superstitious. :)
I will go for 6 weeks, with a gradual tick up before then. Depends what your expectations are on the When We Blow. To me, at this point after much dilution I say 0.6 then gradually onwards after that. I would say To Be Reviewed in 6 weeks time. I am not expecting this to be a £1bn company. Keeping it real, but good prospects at these low levels. These are based on my own expectations only.
As mentioned before, if we were to buy the new assets now then we would have to renegotiate terms as there is a minimum price per share. My personal thoughts are that we will patiently wait for SP to improve before then or find alternative financing. However and whenever we do it we will then have SIGNIFICANT new assets which should, if the market behaves fairly, be neutral or positive to the SP. Looking forward to the new project and the opportunities it will give. Any financing of any sort aren't just to keep the lights on, unlike many companies our size. Growing fast.
