It looks like they are selling off everything they can think of in a desperate effort to stay in business until the announced rescue offer can be secured... with losses of more than £5m/mth they surely won't last long.

Despite the unrealistic expectations of those hopeful to profit here, it is nevertheless clear that the business is in a very unhealthy state and what is on offer has been arrived at through a careful process of due diligence with all interested parties. Without this rescue deal the company will no doubt go under leaving shareholders with absolutely nothing.

The idea that there will be a better offer seems highly unrealistic.

A few years ago I bought my son some Jelly Tots... I was shocked that they cost 54p and the last time I bought them they were only 10p... I remember commenting to him that my first laptop cost 3 grand and you could now get one for £300 so if you plotted the price of Jelly Tots & laptops on a graph then Jelly Tots would cost more than laptops by 2023!

I'm expecting Tesla to crack time travel sometime in the near future (or past!)

If it falls below 2500 then doom (2000 for sure & poss as low as 1000 in time!), but of it bounces between current level and 2500 then 4500 on the cards!

I think 1onic's expecting some sort of bounce in the markets come new year but I never listen to a word he says!!

I think MYSQ had 3 brokers briefly before suspending/delisting... I suspect the third appointment was because neither of the two existing brokers would entertain a placing.

Some folk talking of a suspension at the end of January but the share is already suspended - surely it will delist if not sorted by then?

I'm afraid I don't share your optimism for a positive outcome, especially if this goes to court, but very much hope I'm wrong and you (and all holders) come out of this OK.
