Try older posts 0x42 although you will notice a large number of my posts are calling out blatant rampers who for some reason then take objection. report them & have them removed! ...I notice you are also apparently keen to discredit me as I clearly hold a view contrary to your own, but it matters not a jot what you think of me.
Opinion? - Yes, opinion, although usually presented, I would hope, with rationale...Anyone claiming to have 'evidence based arguments' without inside knowledge is misleading - it is all just opinion & 'out loud reasoning' on these boards.as none of us are privy to the inner-workings of any company and have scarce little information to go on.
I can certainly remember opinionated discussion, in which I played a part, in the not to distant history on this board regarding 'red flags' such as putting the company up for sale, unsustainable £8k/hr losses (widely reported in the media), crippling credit card terms, fire-sale of assets (such as the hanger) etc etc and how this suggested a company fighting for its survival. Exploratory talks with Virgin were just that - talks - with no hint of a favourable outcome. Obviously great exception was taken to such views and they were dismissed out of hand by the chief ramper at the time ('scully' or something like that) and his crew who took it upon themselves to save the board from 'deramping trolls' and duly had many posts removed (sadly LSE seem to oblige without checking content).
Had you been here more than 5 mins you would remember this well.
As for evidence of wrongdoing I would be **extremely** surprised if the Flybe BOD have in any way contravened even the most trivial of regulations. I appreciate your need to 'pin the blame' when you have suffered a loss but sincerely hope you are not falsely raising the hopes of others in your desperate quest.
We clearly aren't going to see eye to eye but I wish you all the best regardless and hope in time you will be able to come to terms with what, in my opinion, has really happened here which is that innocent, well meaning, descent folk have failed to properly evaluate the risk of taking a punt on a failing business they know little about and have very sadly got badly burned.
Feel free to blame me, I'm used to it!
