Can anybody explain why the value of this share, including scrips/rights has halved in the past three months.

This rights issue is a complete disaster. Expecting PIs to double their investment in this dog. Don't sell other shares to take part it's not worth it. Don't sell the rights either, you won't get the conversion value. Best thing is not to take up then wait for shares to bomb and buy then.

I cannot believe the company's outlook changed so significantly between 14 December and 22 February. This has cost $200k. Looks like they desperately need a CFO.

Presumably the recent big share sales were something to do with ADL and once those shares have been placed the price should return to a more sensible level (40p plus)

Maybe the point of the tweet was to address Biden's push for companies to pull back production from China to USA. Price move overdone.

Surely if the company's technology/facilities are any good then somebody must snap this up for a couple of mill.

It should have been obvious that physical retail was unlikely to be profitable. The store closures are therefore logical and will,I suspect, be repeated in the UK. This review should be welcomed and will result in more profit in future.

Despite poor news and largish share sales this morning, the price has not moved so assume there is support out there.

The confusion concerns Ireland's use of EBITDA. There is a substantial depreciation charge - 2 million this year between Ebit and profitability.
I personally don't like the general use of EBITDA which doesn't recognize cost of borrowed capital or cost of ownership of fixed assets/intangibles.

Christopher Mills now has a tad under 30% and the company is undervalued. Potential deal one way or another.

Those of you who voted against the takeover have had their comeuppance.the share price has virtually halved and clearly without Science the company would probably have gone under. Now the company is having to pay an arrangement fee of £150k to be bailed out and there is unlikely to be any profit before 2023.

Quite agree. If the technology is as good as they say, this must be ripe for a takeover.

Doesn't say much when the FD paid 200 plus only two months ago.
