Rising nicely on NYSE as it seems to do after LSE closes

Trendz: genuine question. With the listing now on NYSE can you carry forward your position to them after LSE closes ? ( I have been told there is no such thing as a daft question but i have been mistaken before, so apologies if it is)

I have put it down to the irrationality of the market . I thought it was a pretty reasonable RNS so have topped up a little. I am sure once the other mines actually start production this will pick up nicely. Time will tell.

I accept that certain things seem to be lining up in Held's favour but they need to get growing sooner rather than later. A few similar projects happening in Iberia.Hopefully their timing of entering the market and their possibility to expand easily from initial commercial production(when it comes) will work well. My appetite for risk is somewhat subdued due to too many forays into AIM ,although, to be fair , you only need to get it right once to more than get your losses back - mine was BOOM( couldn't resist the name) and still have GGP to come, the rest were disasters. Waiting to reinvest here

€200m + potential. Unlikely because by the time Held get anywhere near 56 tonnes the market will have saturated like North America. It is not just Held trying to enter the market.Current wholesale price / gram in US is $2.31(15 December 2023) and is falling. Will medical cannabis have a premium? I would suggest only at the point of sale to the end customer.

Concerns with Held: Lots. e.g. RNS statements to do with timeframes, licence- we are currently having an unknown size crop being grown FOR us through the Greek Ministry of Agriculture.

Now does that mean Held will get some to sell? Is it just for research/ proving the concept functions as expected? If some to sell, what is the deal with the GMA?

Recent price rise- if this was an AIM stock I would be thinking an equity raise at a discount to today's price was coming.. However there is no revenue stream yet, 24 hour security( don't want anyone nicking the crop just before / after harvest) will be a significant ongoing cost.

At this stage of the company's evolution it is a gamble, pure and simple. If you can park your money up and the company makes it through the next 2 years there is a good chance of some serious profit. Otherwise just trade the ups and downs. IMHO

I hope not for holders at a higher price but i think it's going to be volatile for a while yet with this share, especially if no RNS appears or it's not the one people are expecting.

Ii do . Remember though to only do it in a trading account as delisted companies cause all sorts of issues in an ISA or SIPP

hardly gave it away. picking up millions of ***** shares along the way, 1% smelter royalty on any prproduction. derisked- we have no income stream yet and havieron is not cheap. no hassle and no flight costs to keep a check on it. seems prudent to me

I would like to think £1 million in your thinking is much more than it will cost. To deregister a company costs a tenner. Reasonable admin costs may take it to 5 figures but then you have creditors to pay. There should not be too much to pay there. If any employees ( directors can be employees as well) and salaries involved then redundancy and potentially pension costs would need to be sorted. I would like to think the cash in the bank and the sale of assets other than GGP and AAU will more than cover it

Hypothetical buy of the 70%. I was imagining ,in my blissful ignorance, that that would be the ideal time to join ASX with a fund raise. Our current Mcap approx £100 million per 10%. 70% buy in at same valuation gives us the £700 million. Admittedly I don't know what I am talking about here( about £699.5 million outside my experience) but just seems logical to my,often called, warped mind

My bad. I thought the operations licence was also for the growing , not just the selling. They still knew 3 months ago there would be no harvest at this point and growing seems to be on hold. Why?Everything should be ready to go. The off take is always going to be the issue.

Regardless of whether that is correct, and , i suggest, the evidence is otherwise, the company must have known 3 months ago that there would be no harvest at this point. They chose not to inform shareholders until the very moment everyone was expecting to hear the good news / quantity produced from the first crop. It does not take 9 months( projected start of cultivation

I do not see how ANY company can categorically state ' there will be no capital raise '. The best they can do is state ' we do not envisage a capital raise '. So IF there is a capital raise it comes down to will it be value accretive. Your points about dilution are a concern. Rights issue ? If the ASX listing is to facilitate institutional investment in the short term ,I agree, there is a danger of shareholder value dilution. I do not know what the criteria are for major institutions to invest but imagine most would actually like to see the mine in production or extremely close, and if extremely close the share price should be markedly higher. All imho. You pays your money, you takes your chance, if things go wrong it was your decision. Dyor

As far as I am aware they have not grown anything yet, which is the fundamental issue here. Having stated they were on course for first harvest around now, it now transpires they still do not have permission/ the licence to "grow". This would appear to be a major stumbling block

I can't see it, why would MontCrest get rid of Hav? Where else are they going to find a mine like it , so close to production with such a favourable AISC ? Maybe Havieron was one of the reasons for their bid. Of course, I could be wrong, but i just cannot see them walking away.
