Prop, it comes down to the shopper syndrome. If you spend years shopping in the same supermarket when there are more than one available locally and one day you have a bad experience and are told to go away. Human nature kicks in and you never frequent their doors again even though you like the products and it is further to the other shop. One bad experience negates a lifetime of good experiences in the same field.

SP Angel is obviously 50% off compared to the sentiment of the Market. For a group that makes its money in the financial world, you would like to think that they are slightly more correct than to +/- 50%. You would also like to believe (IMO at least) that if a valuation were given and then shown to be not in tune with the current Market, you would want to correct that straight away to avoid looking slightly out of touch with said Market. Or you would want to question very loudly as to why the Market is pricing at 50% under valuation.

Brycen, the BoD don't want "those sort" of investors. Didn't you see the sign on your way in? "No Sales People, No Religious Callers, No Cold Callers, No Day Traders."

or maybe this is the market value of the company and we all just don't want to accept that as we are heavily invested and denial and refute is less painful than acceptance.

I am sure you do have a more positive view than me at the moment. LCCM wasn't a great idea in my book and that is without double the expected dilution to cover half the purchased price. It seems that the Market may be agreeing with me on this one.

Now do the same calculation and look at the % difference between the 3.5p the BoD were expecting and the 1.7p we have. Then tell me that 80% - 100% is incorrect on what the BoD were expecting.

Exactly the question we should all be asking as none of us can understand or give a reasonable answer that the rest of us can accept or agree on. "Market reaction to all our news has driven the price down each and every time so what exactly is wrong here?"

I always thought the idea of HC was to prove up a multi-million dollar resource and sell it on. I do wonder how the BoD can have got it so wrong on the VWAP for March. We shall be looking at around 80%-100% more dilution than they were expecting. If they have this wrong by so large a target, what else should we be looking at with more detail?

How are you calculating that buys outweigh sells?
