You say this with caps, yet forward selling is both possible and frequent.

Does the time frame for LCCM have a date for adding it to our website front page and the projects drop down men, or is it a $3m secret? Because unless you know we own it, it is kind of hard to see that we own it.

LCCM has to be proven to be commercially viable. We are not the first company to try and anyone investing would surely have done their homework on the 3x previous owners. We have to prove we can make it work where others have failed. Everyone has their own views, our BoD are selling it to their investors as a project that they think will work. RMA sold to our BoD a project which they didn't or couldn't take commercial (although they certainly made a good profit). Investors notice things like this and until LCCM gives more evidence, it is just a $3m cost on the finance sheet. I really want the BoD to make this work as it was introduced as the future income (post COBRE) to finance our existing projects. We have on paper some excellent assets. Let us now focus on what we have and work fast and hard to bring some value from our existing assets to our balance sheet.

I wouldn't worry as the SP is screaming buy now. As for the junior miner., we haven't started mining yet so we are just a humble Battery Minerals Company.

I am not saying that they have been forward sold mk. Just highlighting the fact that MM's often "borrow" pi's shares to keep the Market liquid and this can be abused and shares forward sold. A way to stop this is to ensure that your own shares are not available to be "lent", by setting a sell order nice and high.

There are certainly enough shares in free float to forward sell.

That a 3% increase cancels out yesterdays 1.5% decrease is always good news. Tomorrow should see the a few rollovers, but more importantly fresh buys from those topping up or new investors taking advantage of the new ISA year. The shares issue RNS should also create a good blue day, as all of the good news has created red days. There maybe a few Blue days to come.

I am failing to understand. SP Angel give a valuation that is so far removed from the reality of our current mcap. If I work on the assumption that both N+1 Singer and SP Angel do this for a living in the professional world of finance, how can one company value at over 100% difference (and continue to maintain their valuation) to the value that another company can enforce their position. Given the situation as viewed from outside, an opinion could be formed that either: SP Angel have got this so wrong that they should correct their valuation immediately to try to uphold their reputation. or N+1 have gone beyond manipulation required to create a Market. IMO both of them are not looking good from a layman's perspective and at least one of them should be enforcing their position publicly and questioning the juxtaposed position.
