Patrick. Point me towards the de-ramping posts please. What I see are LTH’s years of experience in investigating this company and highlighting where things have gone both right and wrong. Highlighting the Bod's actions (and you still have the same captains at the helm). We highlight the good points (Redmoor) and highlight the no so good points (LC and HC), we acknowledge that Cobre makes (money which isn't as much as we spend). We also highlight the BoD's performance, options, bonuses and public attitudes. These fall into the honest and realistic range, neither ramping or de-ramping. We have had a few wild claims about how good an investment SML is right now with no fact to back this up and then these tend not to be answered with facts when questioned. Yes, we own Redmoor and that could be a game changer. LC has not returned as promised and the "Tusnami of Cash" from the Major Cobre contract which never materialised, overstretched our ambitions and we have been paying for it ever since. Is this de-ramping? Or just a simple statement of how I see it with the information available to both myself and anyone else willing to look. As I have stated I am invested and I believe that the ramping statements (with no factual backup) harm this and any company. We need solid fact for a raise which I am sure will come at some point in the future.

Problem there as I see it Learner, is that The BoD are all fantastically experienced and should not be making these mistakes with the level of experience they keep reminding us they have.

You would be wise to dig (no coal pun intended) a lot deeper than looking at the companies website Sam. Look at the history of Leigh Creek. Look at Phoenix Mining and Resilience Mining. See why LC was Mothballed, see that the people we bought it from were paid $50k to take it away from the previous owners and then sold it to us for $1.45m (Now that's how to make money). Look closely at the Due Diligence and who did it. Look closely at SML's statements on LC, the timings, the costs and the expertise (which we keep being reminded is so fantastic) which has made too many incorrect predictions. Loook at the history of Hanns Camp and how we were sold the world. Look at how we were played by Brenda Smith when she had a history of legal action and fraud allegations against her that no one questioned (we the shareholders couldn't because the BoD entered into a confidential contract ). Look at the history of the BoD as a group and as individuals who have not once made any concession that they may have made any single mistake along the way. Dig deeper as there is a lot to be found by the most simple of Google searches.

Some light reading for you Samroy as you posted "Upto $21.9m Arbitration money". As you can see from the date this was filed 361 days ago. We are at the back of a very long queue.

Asking your reasoning for making statements such as "I see value", "SML is very undervalued", "this stock is very undervalued", "I can see a perfect storm brewing here", without any form of back up or reasoning. I am always open to honest discussion but you need to justify your position if you wish to be taken seriously. Because you statements come across as soundbites unless you quantify them.

An asset can only have value if that value can be realised. To realised the value in our asset involves a cost either through a JV or fundraising. What is you cost factor?

Multi-bag may be a bit optimistic. The number of shares in circulation are double what were available when we had a good run last time. We would barely hit 1.5p this time round with another such run. If I can take you back to "the kitchen incident". This was the start of the rot and showed a lack of understanding of how actions can have unintended consequences on the share market. It showed that the people we thought were professionals were in fact quite naive. We were sold Hanns Camp as the biggest thing since the wheel. This the slowly slipped away to a mirage, which is when I started to offload. LC was when I sold out completely, as it was clearly a dead duck to anyone who had the sense to step back and look. I don't have AB's experience in mining and even I could see that something that was given away with a cash incentive (because no one else would take it), should have raised very loud alarm bells. The due diligence? well I'll just leave that one here. Cobre has always been the mainstay but relies on an annual rolling contract and one year it just may be pulled and IMO that may be more likely as we are not reducing the pile as fast as predicted and some of our company’s decisions are definitely questionable. The public face of the BoD has become staggeringly arrogant to its shareholders. To not even acknowledge or apportion blame for some bad business decisions which have damaged the company and also to not seek to redress these by limiting financial rewards which are paid for squarely by non-option share holders’ losses is monumentally inept and needs to be addressed to restore any confidence. I am back in at 0.4 with a much smaller and long term holding because of Redmoor due to the survey results so far. It will eventually either be party to a JV or sold and that will make some return for me if this happens. Hopefully before to many more dilutions, possibly a consolidation and then more dilution and a sale. I am certainly not back in for any of the BoD until they learn to respect their shareholders. This now stinks of a standard AIM lifestyle company and not of the once promised “shareholder value” company. Speak to you next month.

Ok, back in. I see what is happening and I understand the frustrations. I no longer hanker after HC and many know my view of LC. This is a gamble because of Covid and what state the world will be in come this winter, if it keeps growing. I am now here for a JV at or sale of Redmoor. This made me a small fortune once so I am willing to give it the benefit of the doubt . 1st and last post this month, unlike someone who just can't help themselves.

The VWAP for March was around 1.899p mk not 2p and RMA had 12900300 shares available for immediate sale/transaction (or for forward sale) under the terms of the deal. As they say they spent $1m/aud on the mine in total and received $3m for it, I would guess they wouldn't be to concerned at selling a few at 1.65p even better for them if they were selling circa 2p and downwards so that the price was depressed to its current position because they were selling into the drop while making a profit. All speculation of course, but all all possibilities should be considered.

We have already been told by our BoD that RMA had run into money issues. It makes the possibility of froward selling some of their shares to help the books balance a bit more plausible. I don;t subscribe to it being RMA as the volume is so low I think the MM's are just playing, but it is possible.
