We are due an RNS for Redmoor update. So it's not exactly predictive.

That made a pleasant change this morning DVH. Anyone else in there? Look at what a small piece of expected news can do to a company.

The issue with the second income stream is the amount spent to achieve it. What will the payback timescale be in years? We certainly haven't been discussing large scale production. A more sensible approach would be to start accepting some of the mistakes and giving confidence that more will not be made by the same people. I really want LCCM to prove me wrong but so far it has just proved the experts wrong. Into the second week of October tomorrow and expecting news on Redmoor imminently, unless we are let down yet again.

You seem to have missed the need to find a JV and / or funding. You appear to base you finances on imagination rather than running a production company. 9/10 for effort, but 1/10 for reality.

Raising can't be disastrous for sentiment, as we are below audited asset value. Let alone the addition of any sentiment.

If it is an asset it will be sold (probably vastly undercutting us into the bargain) and the main prioritised creditor will benefit. Maybe our BoD know (as it is a valid question), where we sit on the creditors priority list (how many Secured Creditors, Fixed Charge and Floating Charge creditors, etc are lined up before us)?

I agree and i apologise if what I said came across differently. We I would expect a hefty percentage to be handed over in any JV in lieu of having to raise funds. Onward and upwards.

Entering a JV and "handing over" a certain percentage would affect the asset value on SML books. This may not affect the SP negatively, as we don't seem to have any "fundamentals" valued into our MCap. Any JV would also show a positive way forward and help add fundamental value. Barring a monumental surprise in the commodity markets, I can't see that this has anywhere to go other than up from here. Selling an asset would affect the MCap and SP either way, depending on the realised value of the sale versus the current validated asset value.

What is the difference between BZT and BZT.GB.PL? I see one as quis and one as AIM yet both seem to be the same thing apart from SP. I bought in here today but the buy shows on BZT.GB.PLC.

I am not doing a TWIS. The financial statements are available for anyone to read. Our current SP is well below (if I have calculated correctly) our asset Value.

I know, but if we sit below current asset value and take nothing else into consideration we are undervalued. Fundamentals take a few things into consideration including asset return, capital management, funding, etc. Fundamentals are about the state of the company. Assets have an inherent value, which can be realised if sold.

If anyone would care to check the published financials, on asset value alone (based on my unverified calculations) we should be sitting around 0.48. So @ current mid 0.375 IMO we appear to be around 28% below asset value. There is a difference between stagnating and undervaluing.

Thank you. So we are slightly undervalued @ 0.425 and should be around 0.48 without any goodwill, etc. attached. That of course if I have calculated anywhere near correctly, which is questionable.
I am still waiting for someone who knows what they are doing, to correct me.
