If you like for like the mcap v shares (then v now) in issue, you will see that the dilution did not enhance or improve anything for the shareholders. But it does pay a good bonus.

Agree, timing is everything which is why AIM needs to be regulated. To many chances for those "in the know" to fleece those who are not. Shareholders are not (or should not be) in anyway at an advantage about the information coming out of the company. All we can do is our best research and rely on the BoD to pass correct and honest information, so that we can make an informed decision with our money. Regulation is the key, because with regulation comes open accountability.

Which directors are invested heavily? Maybe you need to do some figures on options, award prices, bonuses and them come back and explain the remuneration of the directors and the cost of their investments. Rather than looking at the basic holdings and creating a sound byte.
