There has been a lot of slating with good reason. Now there has been a turn around and the RNS's speak for themselves. The deal has moved forward, with an agreement last week. A re-rate is due and no amount of ramping or de-ramping can change the materially stated and easily accessible facts. The MM's will do what they want but the RNS's are there to map the future.

to PERP. When this gets approved we will see a multiple increase in value due to the ability to realise our 100% solely owned copper asset.

we should be IMO at 1.16p based on the ownership alone. I would not want to be out of SML this side of Xmas.
We have so much to give for this steal of an SP. When this pops I wouldn't be surprised to see this hit 2.5p before settling back to find its new re-rate level. The Market has certainly missed this one.

My friend is a miner in Queensland. He is stuck their, as they will not allow travel to his home in Adelaide due to state lock-downs. He can't work from home as he can't get there. However it is better to get in now before the PEPR drops.

Come on Trout, 1p by Xmas. We are so undervalued.

IMO we should be 0.48 on assets alone. Given what we have in the ground even if we have to share it, an mcap of £20m (1p ish sp) wouldn't seem out of place before any further work. Something is wrong, again IMO.

GJ Angel I applaud your optimism. We have had Cobalt, ah no we didn't. We have had gold, oops sorry no gold. We have had Rare Earths, so rare we couldn't find them. We have Nickel, sorry no Nickel. We were going to produce Copper, no not quite. We have a world class Tin and Tungsten mine and no funds do do anything with it and we have LCCM a freebie we paid for, that didn't perform (Must read that Due Diligence if it is ever available to read). So we have Copper asset at the height of a Copper boom and a World Class Tungsten asset and our SP languishes. Why is the Market ignoring/denying this? If this is all so good why are we sitting at this mcap? Something is wrong.

Looks like the same coincidental movement that always seems to appear once an RNS is logged and is in no way a leak or due to the fact AIM is not regulated.

Not an impossibility, even with twice as many shares in issue DVH. It is just hard to see with our glasses covered in 2 years of fog from 2 years of hot humid air. I do hope for yourself and those heavily under than you get some payback for the mental and financial torture you have been put through. Me, I would just like to see a 1p party before I see the 2bn shares in issue party.

How do you see the funding issue? This either has to sell an asset or secure funding via a loan, JV, placing, or (apparently) an IPO. We demolished shareholder investment to purchase LCCM and Redmoor. Now we have to devalue shareholders further by either giving away, selling, diluting or paying interest. We just cannot move forward without hitting the shareholders yet again. Copper is booming and we cannot even hold our mcap at the audited asset value (which is extremely telling).

On a more sober note. You would expect bonuses to be directly related to performance, this shouldn't even be a topic for discussion after the event. You would in any other business expect repercussions for anyone in a position of management for such shambolic performance. If it were just bonuses, that would be bad enough (paying out for collapsing the share price). But it isn't just the bonuses. My main issue is that we have never had any indication of culpability for said collapse. We are just as bad (which may explain some of my anger), for empowering the same leadership in the hope that maybe they will get it right next time. We are treated with utter contempt and to add insult to injury, the rhetoric does not change. So we can hardly be expected to show anything back, other than the same contempt.

They were based on performance. The performance of dropping the share price by the power of 8. All confidence that wasn't already lost, was taken with the bonus.

What bit is harsh? Which team are we talking about? The team that funds with their own money based on RNS statements or the team that takes that money and fails to deliver on targets, while managing huge bonuses?

"Copper powered to a 29-month peak on Monday" Yet we show no sign that the market recognises us a a player in the copper game. We should have been a producer long ago. Stand up BoD and start facing your shareholders. Who is going to start taking responsibility for this consistent failure to deliver? Are we failing due to:
Incompetence?
Circumstance?
Inexperience?
Design?
Leadership?
Ineptitude?
Mismanagement?
Naivety?
Circumstance?
Or are we just all to blame for allowing ourselves to be Milchkühe?

Not to sure if the PEPR news is due this year. How long do these things normally take? Anyone? Then there is still the question of finance "LCCM has submitted a PEPR for mining Paltridge North and it is LCCM's expectation that this will be granted and mining will commence in 2021 subject to the receipt of financing".
I was trying to get a handle on if I had missed any news that we are actually due before the end of the year. If not, then I will move my money out until the new year.

What, if any news are we waiting on this year?
