Certainly the last RNS stated "LCCM has submitted a PEPR for mining Paltridge North and it is LCCM's expectation that this will be granted and mining will commence in 2021 subject to the receipt of financing."
It didn't give any time frame on their expectation of the PEPR being granted. It does mention "receipt of financing" which I expect is or will be conditional of the PEPR being granted.
It is nice to see that the last buy took us to my calculated asset value. So we are now sitting on asset value and not below (only if my calculations re anywhere near correct). A small piece of positive sentiment may push this up rapidly. Seems the MM's are willing to let this rise on the smallest of buys.

Trades do not register as buys or sells and turn red or blue. The colours red and blue simply indicate trades above or below the mid point. It is an automated system. You can get an idea of where the share may be going at a certain time if the buys are below the mid or the sells are above the mid.

You do get to decide to invest or not. Any sound and honest investor would carry out due diligence correctly and investing in a business is also investing in the leadership. There is nothing wrong in business in negotiating to a point where you are happy to invest, even if this raises the suggestion of who is leading both the project and the company. There have been questionable, deals and RNS's that have not come to fruition under our leaderships watch. It would be correct for this to be highlighted in investment negotiations.

Maybe the sticking point is that whoever may want to invest is insisting on a change of leadership. I would.
